Embrace the magic of Winter Solstice with a warm 2-hour candlelight yoga experience. Accompanied by soft music, we will move rhythmically with breath through a gentle slow flow practice. We will then melt into a restorative practice, followed by a restful guided meditation to foster our own inner resource. This experience is an invitation to slow down and embrace the nourishing and peaceful energy of the longest night and return of the light.
