What do I do…

I hold space for people to hold their humanity in times of transition, challenge, change and celebration. I serve through the power and potential of all things mind, body and spirit.  

I circle up.  

A human who makes messy art with a wonder-driven soul, I serve from the wisdom of all of my integrated moments of endings, beginnings and the liminal spaces.  I draw from a well-trekked path of alchemized lived experiences, acquired healing pillars and never-ending learning. My professional development with over 20 years as a community-based social service provider and over a decade as a yoga instructor and energetic practitioner are integral mediums.

Inspired by people with mud-soaked hands who afford a wellspring of “aha moments”  that help tip people into alignment to feel a little more buoyant, I weave webs of curiosity, compassion, grace and laughter into my space holding.

What if healing or living well wasn’t about crossing a finish line or driving a flagpole into the ground from a mountain of mastery, as much as it is about informing your relationship with yourself and with the space you are in?  

I fully believe we have immense capacity to hold all of the complexities and wonders of life.  We are not meant to do so alone.  We can all benefit from aligned people, places and things that help us bolster our life.
